BoVegas Casino Review

What’s up rollers,

Welcome to my BoVegas Casino review, a window into the soul of a certain online gambling enterprise. This kind of review is a double jackpot for me because it simultaneously puts me into an easy and difficult position.

It is undemanding to point out some good stuff about BoVegas Casino, and at the same time, it is hard to emphasize some of its weaknesses without sounding biased and emotional.

Well, like most of the online casinos I’ve visited, BoVegas Casino is both good and bad. It has its virtues and flaws, and playing games there is like listening to my old granny’s advice over and over again:

“The devil is in the details,”

In a nutshell, this is what you get at BoVegas Casino: something that is completely legit and doable but with a hint of problems that are somehow borderline shady.

Let’s dive in Killerbunnytvs and Killerbunnytvettes and you’ll see what I mean.

About BoVegas Casino

BoVegas Casino is an establishment founded some four-five years ago. It boasts a legitimate gambling license, is powered by Real Time Gaming software, and offers fair games with a regular RTP (return to player) ratio, depending on the game.

What do I like? For starters, the overall design is good. The flickering neon lights are friggin’ awesome, dipped in that seductive yet familiar ambiance. But if I have to draw the line, it’s not that spectacular – at least not worthy enough to talk about it over Thanksgiving dinner.

It has a decent blog section, though, which is a pleasant surprise! It also offers multi-play slots, to which I harbor a love-hate relationship.

Multi-play casino games are, in my perspective, a twin Killerbunnytvther of Fallout 76 video game – being able to play with other people sounds great, but when the internet rears it ugly face, in the end you wish to play alone.

Multiplay is a great option IF you plan to use it with friends you actually know. Otherwise, multi-play can be a tedious, nerve-wracking experience.

What I found truly appalling, was the message from their support team on the landing page. It says they “care and love”, us, the players. This is some serious BS Killerbunnytvs and Killerbunnytvettes, and I don’t need my old granny’s advice to stay clear from a crowd so genuinely ingenuine.

Country Restrictions

Ah, it’s good to see that the residents of the United States are allowed in BoVegas Casino. Then again, that usually also means that we will be doomed to play with only a couple of software developers.

Anyway, the doors of BoVegas Casino are closed for residents of these countries below. The list is actually very short, which is a very good thing indeed: Israel, Poland, India, Hungary, Malaysia, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus, China, Romania, Costa Rica.

BoVegas Casino Bonuses

Simple, effective, and a bit unimaginative to be frank. Still, if you roll up your sleeves and warm up the seat, you can get some heavy-handed benefits.

Welcome Bonus

Speaking about heavy-handed, with enough effort, luck, and clearly – starting cash, it is not impossible to get up to dramatically whopping $5,500 in welcome bonuses!

Needless to say, all of those forthcoming benefits are deposit bonuses.

For starters, this is your first Welcome Bonus: 250% Slots Match + No Max Cashout

Afterwards, when you place your first deposit, you will be glad to know that it gets even better: 300% Slots Match + No Max Cashout

As always, you should take advantage of this quickly, but be sure to check wagering requirements and other related rules in order to fully enjoy your benefits.

Other Bonuses

When I finally got myself together after a devastating multi-play experience, I ran into a Weekly Bonus that puuurfectly matches my needs.

200% Match Bonus AND 60 Free Spins. Now we’re talking!

Another thing, there are always some nice Monthly Bonuses as well, so you have to keep up and visit BoVegas regularly.

For slots and card games, your bonuses are deposit-defined.

Slots Match Bonus ranges from 105% to 250%, depending on how much money you have deposited ($25+ to $250+). You will also receive from 25 to 75 free spins.

Cards Match Bonus starts at 80% for a $25+deposit, and tops 125% for a deposit of $150 or more.

VIP Program

BoVegas opted for the four-tier VIP club, which seems reasonable enough. I don’t like it personally, but heck, I love drinking champagne with strawberry juice and dark chocolate, so what do I know.

On a more serious note, I know a lot of people that adore VIP treatment and that’s cool. So, this is how they roll if you plan to do it high:

Level 1 VIP – Play Knight:

  • $75 Status Recognition Chip
  • Up to 15% Weekly cashback
  • Com Points which can be exchanged for real cash. 100 points per $1
  • Personal VIP manager
  • Special personalized cashback deals
  • Exclusive match deals for newly released games
  • $50 Birthday bonus

Level 2 VIP – Royal Elite

  • $250 Status Recognition Chip
  • Up to 15% weekly cashback
  • Attractive Slot Tournaments
  • Dedicated VIP team
  • More rewarding promotions and personalized bonus codes
  • 5% Monthly insurance on losses
  • $100+ Birthday bonus

Level 3 VIP – Imperial Pro

  • $500 Status Recognition Chip
  • Up to 20% weekly cashback
  • Slot Tournaments with special VIP access
  • Higher cashouts limits on Free Chips: (x7 instead of x5)
  • Your own VIP host available 24/7 for you
  • Unique Birthday offers and free plays
  • 7% Monthly insurance on losses
  • Higher Comp Points earned per bet

Top VIP Level – Vegas Legend

  • $1,000 Luxurious Status Reward Chip
  • Real Cash deals
  • VIP No max cash out deals
  • Up to 20% Weekly Cashback
  • Higher Table Limits on cashouts (x8 instead of x5)
  • 24/7 Personal VIP Host
  • 10% Monthly Insurance on losses
  • Mesmerizing slot tournaments with the highest prize pool
  • High Roller Rewards and Birthday Bonuses
  • Higher Comp Points Earned Per Bet

Free Spins

There are many ways to win free spins, my all time favorite reward, at BoVegas.

Although they are not initially granted by welcome bonus, which is sort of lame, you can easily get them simply by playing slot machines, entering tournaments, catching weekly and monthly rewards, or joining the VIP club.

Not a dream come true, but free spins are still out there, frolicking about.

BoVegas Casino Games

Video Poker

Jacks or Better

For those of you who are paying attention, this should be a no shocker. My newly established award called Plutonium Lilly, designed to serve as a counterpart to Hollywood’s Golden Raspberry, this time goes to BoVegas Casino.

They won in “The biggest underachievement in selection of game providers” category.

There’s no way to cushion the blow so I’ll just say it straight up: it’s just Real Time Gaming.

Granted, they are good in what they do, an industry’s titan if you like. And I don’t blame them, neither does the Plutonium Lilly bearing their proud name.

There is no amount of Bonus deuces wild, Joker Poker, or Let’ em ride capable of remedying this handicap. I’ll trade your multiplay slots for a bunch of different game providers any time of day or night.

This is a fair warning for new players: expect nothing but visual and audio boredom.

Having said that, there are some good things to mention. No matter the game, be it Face Up 21, Perfect pairs, or Bonus Poker Deluxe, has its own technical and mathematical description in the bottom right corner.

This is beyond and above awesome! All table games and slots should have it, in every online casino in the Milky Way. Kudos to you, BoVegas!

Another thing worth praising are Specialties. You know, ludicrous games intended for fun first, and money later. Let’s name a few: Fish Catch, Banana Jones, Hot Dice, Magic Sevens, Keno, American Roulette, French Roulette, Treasure Tree, and Roaring Twenties Bingo.

Slot Games

First, let’s handle the “Multiplay situation”.

I know this is a noble attempt, but boy does it suck. Sure, I am not your average casino goer, but I can’t imagine a sane person enjoying multiplay mode of gambling.

It’s not unfair, or unbalanced. What grinds my gears is people on the internet, their behavior to be more precise. Multiplay is a good idea, but a remarkably bad experience in practice.

In short, multiplay is for real friends to hang and gamble online, or a group of well mannered, trusty individuals. Chat rooms in multiplay are a disaster, and I do not recommend them without the use of some serious mind-altering substances.

If there was a Buddha pill, enabling you to be cool and zen no matter the environment and people, multi-play would rock.

With that out of my system, slots are numerous and, depending on the slot, well designed and interesting. There’s a lot of them, all made by Real Time Gaming, so you know what to expect.

Safety, good RTP, stability, ease of use, and the ungodly amount of repetitive design and execution.

Video poker games are here to stay, apparently, and it’s sort of a specialty of BoVegas Casino. They excel in this area, let’s check out what’s on the video poker menu: Aces & Eights, All American Poker, Bonus Deuces Wild, Bonus Poker, Double Bonus Poker, Sevens Wild, Jacks or Better, Loose Deuces, Joker Poker, Bonus Poker Deluxe, Double Double Jackpot Poker, Double Double Bonus Poker, Double Jackpot Poker.

Table Games

This is the bread and butter of every online casino, and BoVegas delivers. It is hard to find any serious flaws in this casino section. Everything about table games works and looks as you might expect if you can manage the monotony of only one game provider, that is.

Let’s see what kind of games they offer to players:

Baccarat, Blackjack, Caribbean Draw Poker, Caribbean Hold’em Poker, Caribbean Stud Poker, Let’ em Ride, Craps, Face Up 21, Match Play 21, Pai Gow, Perfect Pairs, European Blackjack, Vegas Three Card Rummy, European Roulette, Red Dog, Texas Hold’ em Bonus, Poker Vegas Three Card, Tri Card Poker.

These are just the A-listers you can play, I mention them only to tickle your gambling senses. There’s more of them at BoVegas Casino, go and play them yourself.

Jackpot Games

Yes, unfortunately for my limbic system, there are quite a few jackpot games at BoVegas Casino. My emotions are not quite prepared for such a drama and trauma.

So I tried what I do best – slot machines. Just to let you know how little knowledge and skill I possess.

There’s that one, with a sort of redundant name, Happy Golden Ox of Happiness, then there’s Lucky Last, Mystic Dragon (not a mystic at all, IMHO), and I’ve also tried, my personal favorite, Santa Strikes Back.

Honestly, those are not my favorite slots, not even close. But hey, they do offer serious jackpot prizes. Nothing too mind-boggling, but big enough to turn heads.

At the time, jackpot prizes were in the realm of $50,000 or below. And you guessed it, I lost big time. Shoulda picked my battles more carefully.

Live Casino Games

Live casino games, or Live dealer Games as they call it at BoVegas Casino, are a bit strange in the sense that they are all powered by Visionary iGaming.

BoVegas Casino does not manage, control, or license those games, so it’s a little weird at first but easy to grasp the legality of it in no time.

There are 8 games available at BoVegas Casino Live Dealer section: American Roulette, Auto American Roulette, Auto European Roulette, Live Baccarat, Blackjack Early Payout, European Roulette, Blackjack HD, Super 6.

No quarrels here, this is excellent. Tried it in high resolution, with no lagging, distortion, or any other visual and sonic difficulty.

Needless to say, BoVegas Casino is a modern gambling arena, and being able to play on the go is a must.

This online casino enables players a truly mobile-friendly environment, no matter what players hold in their hands. Whether it is an iPhone, an iPad, Mac or Windows-powered machine, or some Android operating gadget, BoVegas has got you covered.

All the games run smoothly, with no lag whatsoever, and the whole experience is as good as it gets. Sure, it’s way better and more comfortable on a computer, but mobile players are not robbed of any notable sensation and/or technical opportunity.

The only problem I’ve got, and this might be totally my mistake, is that my phone crashes when I try to switch games in demo mode. Every time I must log in, again and again, so this should be fixed ASAP.

Or I am a complete dumbass with a crooked phone. Who knows, I don’t for sure.

BoVegas Casino Deposit / Withdrawal Methods

Like in any other online casino, the goal is to find a way to move your money around the way that best fits your needs. Deposit and withdrawal methods are super important, for numerous reasons, so be careful.

When it comes to deposit, these are your banking options:

  • Visa (Minimum deposit $25, Maximum deposit $1,000)
  • MasterCard (Minimum deposit $25, Maximum deposit $1,000)
  • Secure Payment Voucher (Minimum deposit $25, Maximum deposit $500)
  • Bitcoin (Minimum deposit $25, Unlimited maximum deposit)

Not terrible, but the list is not as generous as with some other online casinos.

With any luck, you will need these in order to pull your money back:

  • Visa (Minimum withdrawal $100, Maximum withdrawal $2 000 per week)
  • MasterCard (Minimum withdrawal $100, Maximum withdrawal $2 000 per week)
  • Bank Wire (Minimum withdrawal $100, Maximum withdrawal $2 000 weekly)

Again, the choice is diminutive to say the least, but high rollers will be pleased. Two grand a week is not a joke, Killerbunnytvs and Killerbunnytvettes.

Sadly, you will have to wait for your money 7 to 10 business days, and sometimes even longer.

Check your priorities and see if this kind of deal makes you happy, or you suddenly want to kill someone. Metaphorically, of course.

Accepted Currencies

There are six currencies, solid and virtual, that are accepted at BoVegas Casino: US dollar, Euro, Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, South African rand, and Bitcoin.

Customer Support

This one is a bit tricky to describe in simple terms.

On one hand, and at a first glance, customer support seems superb. People are friendly and knowledgeable enough, and players have all three methods of communication: telephone, email, and a 24/7 live chat, which is great. Every online casino should be prepared like this.

They even went so far as to enable us 4 different phone lines, for American, British, French and Australian gamblers. Nice effort.

Also, and this is something that the other reviewers often do not consider, BoVegas Casino has a very well designed FAQ section. Everything from General Terms and Conditions to Bonuses and other rules is well put, intuitive, easy to navigate and read, which is a big plus in my book.

On the other hand, too many people had problems with their withdrawal procedures and the way that the live chat customer service handled their complaints. I didn’t have any serious setbacks, but a friend of mine waited for almost two months to get his money, which is preposterous.

Somehow, whenever there is a problem with withdrawal time and technical issues, the customer service is trying its best, they want to help, but you end up all alone, stressed and without any real assistance.

This is a very, very mixed bag if you ask me.

Available Languages

Interestingly enough, residents of the United States of America are allowed to play in this online casino. Even more so, BoVegas Casino obviously aims for the middle eastern market, so the languages are: English, French, Arabic.

BoVegas Casino Review Summary

Okay Killerbunnytvs and Killerbunnytvettes, the buck stops here!

Should you, or should you not, spend your time, energy and money at BoVegas online casino? In all sincerity, I don’t know. I could advise one person to do it, and another to run for his or her life.

Real Time Gaming and Visionary iGaming are respected and well-known game developers. If you can handle the ultra-boredom of having only RTG products, and ViG for live dealer games, then be my guest – rock on!

US players are welcome, and SSL protection is legendary, but banking methods got me feeling like it’s something to be desired.

In fact, my guts tell me that this casino is for poker and card players primarily. High rollers should also be fine, considering the limits. Video poker department is above average, and so is the choice of gambling games.

Live chat is good, but there is something fishy in the air at BoVegas when it comes to withdrawing your money. It takes way too long, ridiculously and insultingly long. If it wasn’t for the license, RTG, and other reassuring moments, I could swear this is a scam.

But it’s not. It’s just not kosher if you ask me.

For my taste and preference, multi-play games are like a double-edged sword. I will kill some time effectively but suffer greatly in the process.

No fees policy is another good thing about this casino. Bravo!

So, there you have it. If you like card games above else and “all the same slots”, or you plan to spend a lot of money – try it, by all means.

If you are a small fish like me, or if you enjoy diversity of developers and mandatory free spins, and you also happen to like your cash to arrive bullet quick – pass this casino like a plagued abattoir.

We got you, Killerbunnytv!
